The AIPD PhD Conference, held over three days immediately after the GA, provided an intensive program of scientific and transferable skills training aimed at the doctoral candidates. The conference was designed to foster interdisciplinary exchange, deepen scientific knowledge, and further support the integration and professional development of all DCs.

The AIPD General Assembly (GA) took place at GE Healthcare, associate partner in AIPD, from October 27 to 28, 2025, in Munich. It marked a major milestone in the project, acting not only as a coordinating meeting for all partners and stakeholders but also as the official kick-off for the newly recruited doctoral candidates (DCs). The event brought together representatives from all beneficiary institutions and associated partners, including a member of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), with the express purpose of strengthening collaboration, ensuring transparency, and setting the tone for future research and training activities.
